Overview
FlowSync AI is a modern enterprise SaaS platform designed to help organizations manage projects, organize tasks, improve team collaboration, and increase productivity through AI-powered workflows.
Problem
Product teams juggle scattered updates across a dozen tools. Leaders lose hours to status meetings and manual reporting, while context — who owns what, what's at risk, what's next — stays fragmented across projects, tasks and people.

Research
I audited the leading project and knowledge tools to understand the patterns enterprise teams already trust, then looked for the gaps AI could close.
Process
Following my discover → research → define → wireframe → prototype → visual design → testing → iteration process, I mapped the information architecture first, prototyped the assistant conversation in Figma, and pressure-tested table density and dashboard hierarchy before applying high-fidelity visuals. Key Features
Design Decisions
The assistant recedes until asked, then answers in the same visual language as the rest of the app — summaries, confidence, and one-tap actions instead of a chat wall.
Enterprise users scan. Tables lead with status, owner and progress, using color sparingly so risk reads instantly.
A single dashboard answers "how are we doing?" before the user has to navigate anywhere.
Design System
Outcome
A calmer command center where status is legible at a glance, risk is flagged early, and routine reporting is automated — turning the workspace from a place to file updates into a place to make decisions.
Lessons Learned
AI earns trust through restraint. The most valuable thing the assistant could do was stay quiet until it had something genuinely useful to say — and then speak in the product's own language, not a chatbot's.
